A minimum of two adults (aged 18 or over) must book an overseas package holiday for a minimum period of seven nights in named accommodation. The saving is deducted from the basic cost of one booking. Each neck collar with accompanying receipt equates to a £50 discount. A maximum of four Blossom Hill promotional neck collars and till receipts can be used to receive a maximum £200 discount per booking. The £50 scratch card saving is deducted from the basic cost of one booking. Up to 4 scratch cards may be redeemed for a å£200 discount. A winning scratch card or neck collar(s) may be redeemed for a discount off a holiday, not a combination of both.

This offer is non transferable and there is no cash alternative. This offer is limited to one booking per household.

To book a holiday, contact Concepts for Travel (ABTA E0121/ATOL 9317) on 0871 872 5222 (maximum call rate from a BT landline 10p per minute). A deposit must be paid when the holiday is booked. A booking confirmation form will then be sent, this must be fully completed, signed and returned to address on booking form within 10 days of original booking with the receipts for all bottles and the correct number of Taste the Sunshine promotion neck collars or the winning Taste the Sunshine scratch card.

Holidays must be booked at least 14 days in advance of departure date through Concepts for Travel.

Proof of posting is not acceptable as proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for lost or damaged neck collars and receipts or winning scratch card. It is not possible for the promoter, Blossom Hill Percy Fox or their agencies to replace the neck collar and receipts if lost.

This promotion is valid from 14/02/2011 until 20/08/2011, holidays must be fully booked by 15/12/2011 and taken by 30/09/2012.

To cover credit card commissions and other expenses payable by Concepts For Travel Ltd, all credit card payments are subject to a 2% charge, Amex 3%.

All claims received after the promotional period will not be redeemed. The holiday booker and the holiday booker's companions are each responsible for ensuring they each have a valid passport, are eligible for any applicable visa waiver programme(s) or are in possession of a valid visa, as appropriate, and for ensuring they have travel insurance and any vaccinations required.

13.

Blossom Hill and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in participating in this promotion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss and/or personal injury suffered by or to the holiday booker and/or any of his/her friends that occurs as a result of the holiday booker and/or his/her friends' participation in the offer. The holiday booker shall be responsible for any damage to the hotel or other venues (including their contents) visited by the holiday booker and his/her friends throughout the trip caused as a result of a deliberate or negligent act or omission of the holiday booker or one or more of his/her companions.

This offer cannot be offset against the cost of a deposit. The holiday voucher discount can only be used as a reduction on the "basic cost" of the holiday (i.e. the stated brochure price excluding surcharges, supplements, insurance, cancellation charges or any other extras).

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. It may be used against special offers contained within the relevant brochures. Any additional tour operator discounts which are not displayed in the brochure will be deducted from the value of the voucher.

16.

If the person booking the holiday has their own insurance, Concepts for Travel Ltd must be supplied with the policy number and emergency contact details at the time of booking. The person booking the holiday is responsible for providing Concepts for Travel the travel insurance details for all people travelling under their booking.

17.

Passports and visas are the responsibility of the person booking the holiday. Passports must be valid for six months after return date.

18.

Amendments to a confirmed booking will incur an administration cost of £15 plus an additional administration fee which will be charged at the tour operator's standard costs. These can be viewed in the tour operator's terms and conditions within their brochures.

19.

The tour operators' booking conditions as shown in their brochures, will apply. The responsibility for the accuracy of information contained in any brochure lies with the tour operator. Standard terms and conditions of Concepts For Travel Ltd will also apply and voucher holders should request a copy of these before or at the time of booking.

20.

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the promotion in its absolute discretion, provided that it shall not exercise this right unreasonably.

21.

The value of the promotion discount is not covered by the ABTA or ATOL.

22.

The decision of the promoter is final and binding in all matters.

23.

The promoter reserves the right not to enter into any correspondence in relation to this promotion.

24.

The promotion and these terms are governed by English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

25.

The contract for booking is with Concepts for Travel and it is to them that should be referred in the event of any dispute arising.
