Designer Platter Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the promoter and its associated companies in the Diageo group, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
   
2. This promotion commences on 04.04.12 at 00:00am and closes at 11:59pm on 31.08.12
   
3. Only participants in possession of a mobile phone will be able to enter into this promotion. Participants will also need your unique code which is located on promotional bottles of Blossom Hill Winemaker’s Reserve White Zinfandel 750ml, Blossom Hill Winemaker’s Reserve Grenache Rosé 750ml found in participating retailers.
   
4. To enter this competition, text ROSE and the unique 6 digit promotional code found inside stickers attached to Blossom Hill promotional bottles to 80878. After receiving a successful entry message from a participant, each participant will be sent a text message confirming their entry into this promotion.
   
5. 3 winners per day will be drawn at random on a daily basis from all valid entries. In the event that a response message has not been received please call the care line number 08456014558 to register your query. The draw will be independently supervised. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
   
6. Each daily free prize draw will end at 23:59 that evening. Entries must have been received by 23:59 that day in order for the participant to qualify for the daily draw. Each daily draw will take place within 24 hours of the daily ending time.
   
7. Incomplete, incorrect codes or entry limitation reached will be viewed as invalid entries.
   
8. Entries are limited to a maximum of 3 entries per mobile phone number per day
   
9. If you are in the UK texts will be charged at your provider’s standard rate (typically 10-12p). You will not be charged for any texts that you receive from the Promoter in the UK. If you are texting from outside the UK you will be charged for any messages sent/received at your providers roaming standard’s rates.
   
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for messages that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage, or for any other reason beyond its control.
    
11. All winners will be drawn at random and notified by SMS within 14 days of the draw. If contact cannot be made in the first attempt one further attempt will be made. After this point the Promoter may draw another winner.
    
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for being unable to contact the winner due to problems with the winners’ mobile or network connection or for any other reason beyond its control.
    
13. There are 3 Maxwell & Williams White Basics Motion Rectangular Platters to be won daily. The total promotional prize pool is 450 platters, throughout the promotional period. Each platter measures approx 35x25cm and has an estimated retail value of £21.99.
    
14. There are no cash or other alternative prizes available, expect that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value.
    
15. Prizes will be dispatched within 28 days of receiving the winner’s details. Recipients must be aged 18 or over. A signature will be required on receipt of the prize.
    
16. Winners may be required to take part in publicity associated with this promotion.
    
17. Promotion not to be used in conjunction with any other.

19. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material as if they were set out in these terms and conditions.
    
20. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the promotion in its absolute discretion, provided that it shall not exercise this right unreasonably.
    
21. The Promoter has the right to disqualify any entry not made in accordance with these terms and conditions. Third party or bulk entries will be excluded from the draws. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received by the Promoter. There is no prize or cash alternative in whole or in part and unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.
    
22. The promotion and these terms are governed by English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
